Guided by the Pilates principles, this flowing class will strengthen your core, realign your spine, correct your posture, reduce back pain and calm your mind.

You like challenges and aspire to more variations? We will challenge you with balls, bands, Power Circles, Foam Rollers and weights. We change the class themes to keep you motivated: Strong upper body, Posture and Alignment, Pilates with small ball, Fascia fitness and massage, Stretch and Strengthen, Hip Stability, Back and Abs.

I have been practising yoga for more than 10 years. I discovered the barre yoga class at YogaBalance just recently and really love it! It combines the positive effects of yoga, including stretching and relaxation, with some ballet exercises at the barre. You can feel graceful like a ballerina, while training your legs at the same time. And not to forget, Hannelore is a great teacher! So I really recommend you to come and try one of the classes.
